Payment Terms :
✨ 60% advance of the tour cost to be paid on confirmation of the package.
✨ 40% of the tour cost to be paid 30 days before the departure.
✨ Before making the payment, please call or WhatsApp our office staff to discuss and confirm the booking. After confirmation, you can make the payment on the website.
Trip Terms and Conditions :
⭐ Rates are based on 10 pax travelling together. If any reductions in the group, The Rates may vary.
⭐ The rate is calculated as per rates on Aug 2025.
⭐ Rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
⭐ Standard check-in time at the hotel is 14.00 and check-out is 12.00 noon.
⭐ The Rates are calculated based of Off Season. During the Peak Season and Holiday Seasons, Rate will be vary.
⭐ All participants are required to be on time according to the schedule. Late arrivals may affect the smoothness of the trip, and we cannot guarantee access to scheduled activities.
⭐ Participants are not allowed to wander off or separate from the group during the trip. For safety and comfort, participants must follow the guide’s instructions and stay with the designated group.
⭐ Participants must always respect the guides, staff, and fellow travellers. Cooperation ensures a pleasant and smooth travel experience.
⭐ Every destination has its own set of rules and regulations. Participants must follow local guidelines, including safety, environmental, and cultural rules at the tourist spots.
⭐ The use of drugs or alcohol during the trip is not permitted. We prioritize the safety and comfort of all participants.
⭐ Participants must maintain personal cleanliness and respect the surroundings. Please dispose of trash properly and ensure comfort throughout the trip.
⭐ Participants are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip. J3 Tourism Pvt Ltd is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items during the trip.
⭐ Participants are required to provide information on any health conditions or special medical needs that should be considered before the trip. If there are any medical conditions that may affect the trip, we recommend consulting a doctor beforehand.
⭐ Violations of these rules may result in disciplinary actions, including warnings, reduction of services, or even removal from the trip at the participant’s own cost, depending on the severity of the violation.
Cancellation Policy :
💥 Cancellations made within 30 days of departure incur a 100% fee.
💥 A 50% fee is charged for cancellations between 31 and 40 days prior to departure.
💥 Cancellations 41 to 50 days before departure result in a 30% fee.
💥 Cancellations 51 days or more before departure incur a 10% fee.
